 - ''Nathan and Matt from Baxter windows did a fantastic job. Arrived on time and did the work in a professional and timely manner. While removing the damaged, outdated plant window, they found some water damage on the bottom shelf of the plant window. They made sure all of it was cleaned away and used the best materials to seal the installed window and surrounds against future water damage. The trimmed out the window looks great and looks like it was original to the house. The price was very reasonable.! We will use Baxter windows again to replace other windows that need updating.''

 - ''I called Nathan, owner of Baxter Windows, on a referral from another contractor of mine. I was desperate to find someone who was able to be punctual and actually follow through on commitments after a horrible experience with Window World. Nathan was more than punctual, he was friendly knowledgeable and extremely professional. He always contacted me back within 24 hours and never once missed a scheduled appointment. I had originally requested that a glass block window be removed and replaced as well as the two half round windows, but Nathan took his years of experience and expertise to explain that it was not cost effective for me to have the glass block removed. He advised, based on my goals, that I should just stick with the two half round windows instead. This was a major thing to me because it said to me he wasn't just there to take my money. He understood that I have a goal with this house, and that the glass block window is functional - it wasn't a necessary expense and he didn't try to sell me on it just for the extra money in his pocket. His quote for the windows was as expected for the size and complexity of the job as well as the grade of the windows I elected to have. The windows were ready to install even a little sooner than he had indicated to me, which was extremely impressive since he knew I was in a hurry.He and his assistant arrived promptly at my home on installation day, and worked quickly and efficiently to get both windows installed. When they were finished they cleaned the work area, and the windows. Angie's list readers, this is huge. The rest of the windows in my house were installed by Window world and this is something that Window World did not bother doing when they installed the rest of the windows in my home. Overall my experience with Baxter Windows has been one of the best experiences with a contractor in the five years that I have owned my home. Our house needed a lot of work, so that is no small compliment. I would recommend Nathan, and Baxter Windows to anyone.Thank you, Nathan!''

 - ''We recently had windows installed by Baxter Windows. From start to finish, the experience was friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. Mr. Nathan, the owner, explained in detail what was offered and answered all our concerns. On the day of the job, he was here and supervised all work. We had 5 normal windows and 2 custom windows done and the job was finished in about 6 hours. All old materials and job items were cleaned and cleared as the job was occurring, leaving no messes for us to deal with later. The energy efficient windows are already making our home more comfortable! We would work with this company again with no reservations.''
